Meet Danny & The Team
Bickles is a well-known Caribbean Catering Company with past experience in restaurant dining. We produce delicious, authentic Caribbean fused catering for any size event never comprising on flavour or presentation guaranteeing clients an event to remember.
The owner and founder, Danny Gayle, who started in the food business in 2011 for the reasons he says: “Jamaican food deserves to be represented and presented in a contemporary and professional manner,” is a food entrepreneur also running a Pattie distribution company, with past clients such as indigo 02, Peckham Theatre among others.
Danny also has a long-established background facilitating many youths and social enterprise programs and currently sits on the board of, Commonside Community Development Trust, a charity that works to improve the lives and environment of people in the Merton borough.

In 2015, Bickles had two significant milestones. Firstly, we successfully catered our first event, which allowed us to showcase our culinary skills and expand our customer base.
Secondly, we launched our brand of Jamaican patties, which quickly gained a reputation for their unique flavors and high-quality ingredients.
These achievements were crucial in establishing Bickles as a reputable and reliable food brand. We're proud of how far we've come since then, and we remain committed to delivering exceptional food and service to our customers.

Bickles was the only on-site food provider at Indigo O2, where our brand was highly regarded.
While we're no longer located there, we're still the go-to brand when it comes to authentic Jamaican cuisine at many corporate events. Our range of Jamaican Patties sets the industry standard, and we're proud to be known for our quality and unique flavors.

In 2011, Bickles opened a much-loved takeaway in Brixton, which quickly became a go-to spot for locals and international visitors alike.
With valued service, pillar of the community, took part in local initiatives, accomplished and valued member of the brixton community, sadly, after four successful years, the restaurant was acquired by developers and had to close its doors.
However, Bickles' passion for serving delicious food never wavered. Through private catering, events, and retail outlets, we continue to bring our unique flavors and patties to you. We're committed to maintaining the same high standards of quality and service that made us so popular in the first place.

Now, we're bigger and better than ever! We've expanded our menu to include contemporary Jamaican dishes, and our commitment to providing exceptional food and service remains unchanged.
